1-2-1 TRAINING SESSIONS

     Training sessions are here for dogs and owners who want a more personalised training session or for dogs who will not cope with a classroom environment.
 
     We encourage people to use this service if they want to do basic training with their dog or if you want to work on minor behavioural problems.

     Some common examples of 1-2-1 sessions include the following:

  • Dogs pulling on the lead

  • Teaching a dog to not jump up 

  • Teaching basic obedience at home or on walks

We offer 1-2-1 sessions tailored to your dog, please contact us if your unsure if you need a 1-2-1 or behaviour consultation.

 

 

1 HOUR TRAINING SESSION

 

HELD ON WEEKDAYS 9am-5pm

WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS AT AN EXTRA CHARGE (subject to availability)

The difference between a 1-2-1 training session and a behaviour consultation:
​
     For 1-2-1 training sessions, we offer a practical session which usually does not require a follow up appointment. However, if requested, we can write up notes to follow on the session for an extra charge depending on what has been covered. 
​
     Behaviour consultations are tailored for owners looking for help on a specific behavioural issue which is normally not just a quick fix. Examples of such issues include: aggression to dogs/people, possessive over toys/food and separation anxiety. These require follow up advice. Behaviour consultations have a written plan, an hour evaluation and a follow support included in the price.

Training sessions are normally available on weekdays or weekday nights depending on availability.

Terms and conditions

Payment is required upon booking or prior to the 1-2-1 taking place.

You are responsible for your dog and the safety of others even when training. We take no responsibility for any incident that occurs during 1-2-1 sessions, behavioural consultations and outside of training. It is always your responsibility to be safe with your dog.

We have the right to refuse cases if the severity of the case exceeds our expertise. 

We have the right to cancel 1-2-1 training sessions on the spot if the information given before the consultation was false or severity was unclear.

If any staff member is put in danger we will cancel the 1-2-1 with no refund offered.

Cancellations must be given 24 hours before a course begins or no refund will be offered.
